Two ITB students named in Leinster Womens Squad for 2017 Interprovincial Series

Congratulations to our Sports Management & Coaching students Nicole Carroll (4th Year) and Aimee Clarke (1st Year) on being named in the Leinster Women’s rugby squad for the upcoming interprovincial series.

Minister of State for Education, Mary Mitchell O’Connor visits ITB

We were delighted to welcome the Minister of State for Education, Mary Mitchell O’Connor to ITB on Monday last, 21st November. The Minister, who has special responsibility for Higher Education, was welcomed by ITB President, Diarmuid O’Callaghan. Students from the Departments of Business, Humanities, Informatics and Engineering had an opportunity to showcase their course work and talk to the Minister about being a student of ITB.

ITB Accounting and Finance students receive CIMA and CPA awards

Congratulations to ITB Accounting & Finance students Jasmin Ekky and Lee Kavanagh who recently received awards for achieving highest marks in their third year.

Jasmin, who is now a fourth year student, was awarded highest mark in Management Accounting. The award was presented by Claire Lambert from CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).

Lee, also a fourth year student, received an award for highest mark in Financial Accounting. The award was presented by Adam O Reilly from CPA Ireland (Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
